shipgbs.com is always pleased to hear from its loyal fans and welcomes your comments regarding our products, including our on-line services. Unfortunately, however, company policy does not allow us to accept or consider creative ideas, suggestions or materials other than those we have specifically requested. We hope you will understand that it is the intent of this policy to avoid the possibility of future misunderstandings when projects developed by our affiliated designers might seem to others to be similar to their own creative work. Accordingly, we must, regretfully, ask that you do not send us any original creative materials such as sketches, swatches, or other original artwork. While we do value your feedback on our services and products, we request that you be specific in your comments on those services and products, and not submit any creative ideas, suggestions or materials. Termination
This Agreement is effective unless and until terminated by you or shipgbs.com. You may terminate this Agreement at any time. shipgbs.com also may terminate this Agreement at any time and may do so immediately without notice, and accordingly may deny you access to the Site, if in shipgbs.com’s discretion you fail to comply with any term or provision of this Agreement. Upon any termination of this Agreement by either you or shipgbs.com, you must promptly destroy all materials downloaded or otherwise obtained from this site, as well as all copies of such materials, whether made under the terms of this Agreement or otherwise.

Other
This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law. If any provision of this agreement shall be unlawful, void, or for any reason unenforceable, then that provision shall be deemed severable from this agreement and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions. This is the entire agreement between the parties relating to the subject matter herein and shall not be modified except in writing, signed by both parties.
